Frosting Sheet Care Instructions 🍰

Keep sealed until ready to use. Store flat in the original bag in a cool, dry place—do not refrigerate or freeze. Avoid heat, humidity, or sunlight.

Use on smooth, slightly tacky surfaces like buttercream, fondant, or royal icing. Cut designs while backing is still on using clean, dry scissors or an X-Acto knife. To remove the backing, gently peel—if it sticks, freeze the sheet (in the bag) for 10–15 seconds and try again.

Apply gently, starting from the center and smoothing outward. Do not wet or spray the sheet—moisture may cause smudging or melting.

Sizing details

Sizing Details 📏✨

Most sizing info is listed in the product details. I typically size by height—so if you order a 6-inch champagne bottle, the image will be 6 inches tall. I offer standard sheet sizes like 8x10" and 11x17", as well as round shapes. Please note: shapes are not pre-cut, but include a light gray cutting guide for easy trimming at home. If you need a custom size, feel free to message me!

I don’t offer gift wrapping, but I do take extra care with packaging! Each order is plastic-wrapped to keep your edible images safe from drying out—especially during colder months we double wrap!

I also include a FAQ sheet for helpful tips, and when time allows, I’ll sometimes include a free backup image just in case—consider it a sweet surprise! 💕

Are the frosting sheets allergen-friendly?

Yes! All edible sheets and inks are nut-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and certified kosher by the manufacturer. My packaging process is not kosher certified.

Do you offer digital files instead of printed sheets?

Yes, I do! In addition to printed edible images, I offer a wide range of digital downloads including PNG files, JPGs, and editable Canva templates for cake toppers, party signs, and more. These are perfect if you have your own edible printer or if you're a DIYer who wants to print at home or through a local bakery.

Do you offer rush orders? 📦

If you're on a tight deadline, please message me we can confirm the shipping times. Fed-ex 2 day is the best and generally $10-$15 depending on your location.

At checkout, you’ll see three shipping options:

Basic – USPS Ground Advantage (3–5 business days)

Priority Shipping – USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days)**Select this one for Fedex 2-Day

Priority Express – USPS Priority Express (1–2 business days)

Etsy will show estimated delivery dates for each tier so you can choose the one that works best for your timeline.

We ship from Chicago so West & SE coast will receive in 5 days Delays do happen with the post office, you can upgrade to a more secure shipping with Fedex.

I always ship on time or early whenever possible!

Refund Policy

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier. We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for packages delayed by USPS, as these delays are outside of our control. USPS delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, especially during holidays, peak seasons, or weather disruptions.

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting FedEx 2-Day Shipping at checkout, which provides more reliable delivery timelines.

Packages marked “in transit” or “delayed” are not considered lost. Refunds will only be considered if the carrier officially confirms a package as lost.

Custom and personalized orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. Damage that occurs during shipping is not intentional and can happen, especially during transit.
During winter months, cold temperatures can make sugar sheets more fragile and prone to cracking, even with proper packaging.

If your event date allows, we are happy to send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot arrive in time for your event, a refund will be issued instead.

Claims submitted without photos or outside the 24-hour window may not be eligible.
